The charity Beyond Equality who are working in collaboration with the activist and campaigner Gina Martin (who’s always fab) on a series of online workshops to support teachers and educators withe the tackling of sexual harassment in schools. There were two instagram live interviews last week, one with Ben Hurst (Head of Facilitation) and the other with Daniel Guinness (Managing Director) just explain gin a bit about Beyond Equality and what they do and why they are laughing the initiative etc. Really interesting chats, particularly with Ben because hearing about the facilitation process when working with different groups etc was interesting and of course any insight in to the work with men and boys – deconstructing masculinity – is always helpful.
